INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED:
1 ginger root
3 cups of water
½ a lemon
Honey
PREPARATION:
Peel off the ginger with a zester and make a mixture by adding it to the water. Then, add the lemon juice. At the end, add the honey. Next, strain the liquid and drink one glass of it on a daily basis.
